If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone; we’ll solve the issue immediately. Otherwise, you can proceed to the refund policy as mentioned below:

Return

How To Return an Item

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you:

To exchange/return goods if you find any manufacturing defect or the goods purchased are not useful for the intended purpose, return them within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided any seal/protection on the goods is kept unbroken.

Return Exceptions

No items can be returned if they are opened.

If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, call our customer care at +918848897790 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Direct Dream Life Business ID. We will personally ensure a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost within 7 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product. Return duration is 10 days apart from conditions reserved herein above.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Exchange

Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or colour in the case of garments. Your product will be eligible for exchange if the deficiency is reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Customers/Brand Partners must return the products to the Brand Partner/Company from whom they purchased them within 30 days (10 days in the case of garments) from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the customer's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for a money refund or replacement of products.

The Company will accept the return if the Customer does not want the same products. The Company will credit the refund amount in the user account of the respective customer, which can be used by the Customer for purchasing products of their choice, or the user can request a refund to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fee and Refund

There are no restocking fees. However, we do not refund the original shipping and handling costs paid on the order, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of return of products.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If your cancellation is approved, the Company will transfer the 100% refund amount into the user account of the respective customer, which can be used by the Customer for purchasing products of their choice or the user can request a refund to the original method of payment.

In case of return of products, the Company will transfer the refund amount (after deducting the cost of return shipping and other charges for refund) into the user account of the respective customer, which can be used by the Customer for purchasing products of their choice or the user can request a refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be done within 2 to 6 business days after receiving your original payment and payment verification.
